Ourwebsite and services do not intend to collect data about visitors who are under the age of16, with the exception ofgiven permission from parents orguardians. Dyna EU cannot checkifa visitor is older than the age of16, therefore we advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children. This way, we can prevent data on children from being collected without parental consent. B. Please contactusif we have done somethingwrong i. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minorwithout the aforementioned consent, please contact us via customerservice@dynavap.com. Wewill delete the data immediately.

Allowing you to place orders; iii. To send you requested information as a result offilling out the contact form and finally; iv. Dyna EU will not store yourpersonal data any longerthan necessary to achieve the purposes for which yourdata is collected. 5. PROCESSING BYTHIRDPARTIES i. Besides the cookies we use, as described in ourcookie declaration, we also share the data we collect from you on ourwebsite with the following third parties: a. Various payment methods, including iDEAL, so that orders placed can be paid for immediately. ii. We have made goodagreements with the above processors. We force these third parties to use at least the same level ofdata protection as we offer you as data controller.

That is why we kindly ask that you, along with yourrequest foraccess, correction or removal, send us a copy ofyourID. To protect yourprivacy, Dyna EU asks you to black out yourphoto, MRZ(machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom ofthe passport), document numberand citizen service number/social security numberin this copy. iv. Dyna EU will respond to yourrequest as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.
8. RIGHT TOCOMPLAIN A. Internal handling i. If you have any complaints about the processing of(personal) data, Dyna EU would like to clear the air with you in mutual consultation. Please send your complaint to customerservice@dynavap.com. B. Data Protection Authority i. Based on the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to submit a complaint to yourown Data Protection Authority about ourprocessing ofyour personal data. You can contact the lead supervisory authority of Dyna EU, which is the Dutch DPA(Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). 9. SECURECONNECTIONUSINGSSL-ENCRYPTION A. SSL i. To protect you as a website visitor, Dyna EU uses secure encryption technologies. Using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) yourpersonal data is encrypted (not visible to third parties) on our site. This way, you can be sure that yourdata will only be visible to you and ourserver. B. HowcanIidentify the secure connection? i. Weuse SSL-encryption on all parts ofoursite where yourdata is used, such as when filling out the contact form. You can check and recognize this yourself. When you are on anencrypted part ofoursite, you will see a (green) locksymbol appearing in the lower-right or top-left corner of your browser. In addition, the URL of http:// changes to https:// which also indicates that the page is secure.
