Rewards FAQ

If you are in the starting Stainless Steel Tier, you will receive 5 DynaDollars for every $1 spent. If you are in the top Titanium Tier, you will receive 10 DynaDollars for every $1 spent. You will also receive 500 points for your birthday (yearly) and 500 points for signing up (one-time).

You can redeem your DynaDollars as an Order Discount in increments of 200 DynaDollars ($1 off) with no limit. Example: if you have 900 DynaDollars, you can spend 800 and receive a $4 Order Discount. You will carry-over the remaining 100 DynaDollars in your account.

You may also use 2000 DynaDollars to receive free worldwide shipping (USPS Only).

DynaDollars are redeemable during the checkout process. You may view your DynaDollars inside the DynaVap Rewards hub, which will also identify any rewards you have available the day you place your order.

Yes, DynaDollars expire after 1 year of earning them.

Please note: DynaDollars will expire in the group they were earned in by date. For example: If you have 500 DynaDollars in your account and 200 are hitting the 1 year expiration date, only those 200 DynaDollars will expire, leaving you with 300.

No, each person may only have 1 Rewards account. If two accounts are created, we will not be able to combine the DynaDollars in the separate accounts.
